Stage names and order
Name each delivery stage and arrange the sequence your team follows.

Getting started

Define your stages once in Kite → Settings (e.g., Backlog, In progress, Review, Done).
Create your first project manually, or accept a Rook quotation to auto-create one.
Invite Flock members to a project so tasks can be assigned.

Key settings

Stages: fully customizable per your workflow — add, remove, or reorder columns.
Default assignee: set who new tasks are assigned to by default.
Client visibility: choose which stages a Cove client can see for their project.
